What do you like to do for fun in NYC?

One of my favorite places in NYC is The Museum of the City of New York. They have an amazing exhibit called New York at its Core that is a crash course in NYC history!

What teacher most influenced you?

Mr. Picchioni! My 10th grade English teacher was an amazing teacher that taught all of his students the importance of perseverance and creativity.

What is your favorite book? and why?

I love Wonder, by R.J. Palacio! I laughed, I cried. . . I highly recommend parents and older elementary children to read and discuss it together.

What is your favorite part of the school day?

Dismissal is one of my favorite parts of the day because I like to watch how the students greet their families. You can tell a lot about how the day went for each child by what they say (or don’t say!)
